The Focus of Our Efforts
Women Reaching Women
Empowerment is defined as authority or power given to someone to do something. What is that something? Every woman has it – sometimes she just needs another woman to help her find it. That is what being a Zealous Woman is and it is what we represent. We are women helping women and we are doing it through empowerment.

Our vision is to see women empowered for women by women to do and become everything they can imagine possible.
Mentorships
As youth develop through adolescence, they need outlets for their changing lives. They crave challenges, excitement and new activities that expand their horizons and develop a sense of belonging. Youth require a safe place to explore new avenues and expand healthy relationships with peers and caring adults.
Our desire is to encourage positive youth empowerment, which is nothing more than an attitudinal, structural and cultural process whereby young people gain the ability, authority, and agency to make decisions and implement change in their own lives and the lives of other people. Our mission is to help today’s youth become tomorrow’s successful leaders. One way to ensure this goal is to implement various youth leadership activities through active mentorships.
No Young Lady Left Behind
This branch of our programs has been created to provide, promote and implement the development of our young ladies. This program strives to empower young ladies to their fullest potential by teaching them responsibility, character building, the importance of academic achievement and etiquette (how to speak, how to eat, how to interact, how to interview, how to become more socially aware, etc.). This program is geared to provide these young ladies the opportunity to learn about teamwork, dedication, to raise self-esteem awareness and respect through education, discipline, and leadership skills.
